His work centers on leveraging data, artificial intelligence, and operational strategy to uncover hidden value within healthcare systems.

  Michael Mark is a solution-focused, profit-driven healthcare executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across payer, managed care, and global healthcare organizations.

A proven President and CEO, Mike has led large-scale enterprises including Blue Care Network, Health Services Corporation, Health Plus of Michigan, and Health Choice, as well as senior executive roles with CSC Healthcare and SAIC’s Global Commercial Healthcare Group.

He is recognized for moving beyond financial statements to identify operational inefficiencies, implement cost-effective strategies, and drive measurable revenue growth. His leadership has supported organizations generating over $2.4 billion in annual revenue and managing teams of more than 3,300 employees.

Known as an operational troubleshooter, Mike brings deep expertise in revenue optimization, business development, financial management, and workflow transformation—consistently improving performance across both entrepreneurial ventures and multinational corporations.

With a strong network spanning the U.S., Canada, and South America, and a command of modern business technologies, Mike delivers practical, results-driven solutions that strengthen performance and maximize organizational value.

   Anna M. Elliott brings deep healthcare industry experience to the YOUniversal Care Holdings advisory board, with expertise spanning enterprise strategic advisory, institutional partnership development, and healthcare ecosystem navigation.

She has spent her career working alongside founders, operators, and executives at the intersection of healthcare strategy and growth — understanding how healthcare organizations are built, how they scale, and how they break down when the wrong infrastructure is underneath them.

Anna joined as Advisory Board Member and Principal because she recognized something rare — a company that spent twenty years solving the hardest problems in American healthcare quietly, completely, and without outside capital. Her role is to open the doors that technology alone cannot open and ensure the right partners and investors immediately understand what is sitting in front of them.
